The corporate and investment bank Sberbank CIB has appointed Paul Goldfinch as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Annie Jordan as Head of Human Resources and Managing Director.
The announcement comes hot on the heels of the banks appointment of M&A Investment Banking Directors Igor Ushakov and Vadim Marchuk, investment strategists Tom Levinson and Vladimir Pantyushin, and Sergey Smirnov as head of the bank’s Government and Municipal Project & Programmes Division.
“I am delighted to join Sberbank CIB at this time,” said Goldfinch. Before joining Sherbank, she founded and acted as CEO of the executive search and recruitment firm Lansdowne International, specialising in the financial industry. She also served at Heidrick & Struggles for 14 years, helping the company to establish their Moscow office.
Commenting on her appointment, Annie Jordan said: “Sberbank CIB has a long track record developing and attracting the best talent from the global financial markets. I am very pleased to be joining Sberbank CIB at this time to support the development of its greatest asset – its people – and ensure that the company develops the right resources and skills to ensure it effectively competes in each financial hub where it operates.”
