The 75-year-old global investment management firm Neuberger Berman Group has announced four senior hires as part of an expansion of its global consultant relations team.
The firm has hired Crestline’s Rhoni Wiswall and Nuveen Investments’ Dimitri Stathopoulos as Managing Directors for coverage of the US West Coast and Midwest respectively. Peter Andjelkovich, previously a consultant relations professional at Ariel Investments, has joined as Vice President for US Midwest coverage, whilst Jolie Cornelius has been appointed as Senior Vice President for UK coverage, following roles at Verrazzano Capital and Blackstone. Managing Director Alison Delgado, who is also head of the firm’s consultant relations group, has also moved to the firm’s London office and the company has announced plans to expand its Toronto team by recruiting a new consultant relations professional.
“Expansion of the firm’s global consultant relations team and greater emphasis on regional coverage of key investment consulting firms follows the growth of Neuberger Berman’s institutional business in recent years,” said Delgado, “Success of our consultant relations effort is driven by our ability to partner with these important firms as they advise institutional plan sponsors on a wide-range of investment matters.”
“The more proactive we can be, the better positioned we are to add value. This requires a well-resourced and well-organized operation globally and this expansion accomplishes that nicely,” she added.
