JMC Steel Group, which includes the operating divisions of Atlas Tube, Picoma, Energex Tube and Wheatland Tube, has appointed Michael Graham as chief financial officer (CFO), effective mid-September. He fills this vacancy following an extensive nationwide search.
Graham brings more than 30 years of finance and accounting experience to his new position, and has held senior positions at a variety of public and private companies. He is experienced in all aspects of financial management, including controllership, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business strategy. Most recently, Graham was CFO of Career Education Corporation. Prior to that role, he served in a number of senior financial positions, including senior vice president (SVP) and controller of RR Donnelly and vice president and controller of Sears.
