CSR, a global provider of silicon and software solutions, has implemented Salmon Software’s treasury management system (TMS) following an international tender. CSR, which reported revenues of over US$800m in 2010, is a pioneer in the development of single-chip Bluetooth wireless silicon.

“We are a truly global company and we required a TMS that helps us manage, access and track our cross-border transactions and cash positions effectively,” said Mark Jennings, treasurer, CSR. “Salmon Software was able to deliver and quickly implement world class TMS at a price that makes sense.”
A report by broking group Marsh examines the repercussions from the administration of the South Korean company, which filed for bankruptcy protection at the end of August.
