Cafe Enterprises has appointed Fred Grant, Jr as chief financial officer (CFO) of Fatz, a chain of 49 restaurants throughout the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia. Grant, a licensed certified public accountant (CPA), brings more than 20 years of experience in finance to Fatz.
Prior to joining the team in November 2011, Grant served as executive vice president (EVP) and CFO of Perkins & Marie Callender?s and CFO and division president of Ryan?s Family Steak Houses, a division of Buffets.
