World Omni Financial, a diversified automotive financial services company, has signed a seven-year, multi-million dollar contract with CGI Group (CGI), a provider of information technology and business process services, to implement its collections and recovery managed service, CGI Collections360.
CGI Collections360 will help World Omni optimise collections while reducing operating costs. CGI’s end-to-end approach will modernise World Omni’s technology infrastructure by consolidating business applications on a single platform to improve the effectiveness of collections, recovery, recovery accounting and decision management operations. CGI will also provide the application maintenance and support services required for ongoing operations.
