Tranzeo Wireless Technologies, a producer of high-speed wireless broadband communication systems, has appointed Patrick Smith, chairman of the board, as interim chief financial officer (CFO). Smith’s appointment follows the resignation of CFO Douglas Howes. Howes will continue to work as a consultant on a transition basis while the company initiates a search for a new CFO. He has acted as CFO since the company’s listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
