US Legal Support Incorporated, a provider of full-service court reporting, record retrieval, legal staffing, litigation, trial and document review services, has selected SunGard’s AvantGard Receivables to help automate its order-to-cash (O2C) cycle for improved operational efficiencies and cash flow.
US Legal Support will consolidate its credit and collections data into the AvantGard Receivables solution for a single view into its accounts receivable (A/R) portfolio. The solution will help drive collections and deduction management strategies for improved efficiencies and a reduction in days sales outstanding (DSO) and dispute cycle time and volume. Additionally, the reporting capabilities will offer the ability to access and share information to help accurately forecast cash, track performance and perform root-cause analysis.
“Having data in multiple locations, plus a shortfall in workflow capabilities, has made managing collections and disputes costly and time-consuming. Additionally, we didn’t have the resources or infrastructure to maintain a new system. We selected SunGard’s AvantGard to help us consolidate our data, improve operational efficiencies and obtain greater visibility into our cash flow without having to allocate resources or infrastructure to maintain the solution,” said Steven Drexel, chief financial officer (CFO), US Legal Support.
