Guy Dubois has joined Temenos, a provider of banking software, as chief executive officer (CEO), succeeding Andreas Andreades, who becomes chairman. Dubois has more than 30 years’ leadership experience in the software industry, including PeopleSoft, where he led strategy, business development and execution for all company activities outside North America, and Amdocs where he was the executive vice president (EVP) and president of its global business division.
Most recently, Dubois was CEO of hub-based mobile communications solutions provider, MACH Group.
