Itella has acquired the entire capital stock of the OpusCapita Group, a cash flow automation solutions provider in Europe. The company is specialised in the automation of cash processes.
OpusCapita will strengthen Itella’s competence in financial management processes in Itella Information business group. Itella Information’s services cover companies’ entire financial management from purchase-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) to financial management and payroll. As a result of the transaction, Itella will be capable of providing its customers with innovative added-value services related to the automation of financial management processes.
“The transaction supports OpusCapita’s expansion in Europe. The vision of OpusCapita is to set a European example in cash flow automation,” said Kari Mäkelä, chief executive officer (CEO) of OpusCapita Group.
