Logica has appointed Himanshu Raja as chief financial officer (CFO) and executive director, effective on 5 September 2011. Raja brings a wealth of financial planning and operational experience to Logica, having served in a number of senior finance roles at multinational telecoms operators including BT, MCI, UUNET and MFS. He has spent the past 10 years at BT.
Since December 2010, Raja has been CFO of BT Global Services. Prior to that, he held various roles, ranging from group capital controller and CFO for BT innovate and design to CFO of BT operate and BT wholesale.
Raja is a qualified chartered accountant (CA) and holds an honours degree in law.
