Citi Global Transaction Services (GTS) has appointed Kevin Miles as director of sales for third party loan agency in agency and trust services. Miles will provide Citi’s clients with named agent and private label loan administration services, as well as successor agent services for established loan facilities. Based in Dallas, he will report to Paul Burke, managing director, head of agency and trust sales for the Americas at Citi.
Prior to joining Citi, Miles was employed at Bank of New York Mellon (BoNYM) for 12 years, where he most recently led business development for its third party loan agency business, and managed its acquisition of IBJ Whitehall’s third party loan agency business. Prior to BoNYM, Miles was a senior analyst for Nomura Securities, where he focused on customer retention in Nomura’s commercial real estate portfolio.
