Denise Laussade, certified treasury professional (CTP) and director, office of treasury operations at Purdue University, US, has been confirmed as a speaker at the gtnews Global Corporate Treasurers Forum Europe at the Ritz Hotel in Paris. The event, which will take place on 7-8 April 2011, is an annual independent forum for European corporate treasurers to meet face-to-face, listen to leading speakers and network with industry peers.
Laussade is joining a panel discussion on the first morning entitled ‘Managing Banking Relationships’, along with Linda Williams, group treasurer back office manager at Thomas Cook Group in the UK, and Craig Busch, group treasurer of Worley Parsons in Australia. Laussade is a former chairman of the board and director at the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and is currently chair for the AFP Financial Markets subcommittee.
