Celgene Corporation has announced the appointment of Jacqualyn Fouse as senior vice president (SVP) and chief financial officer (CFO). Fouse will be responsible for all finance operations at Celgene and will report to Robert Hugin, chief executive officer (CEO). Fouse succeeds David Gryska, who served as SVP and CFO since December 2006 and will be leaving on 1 November 2010 to pursue other opportunities.
Fouse joins Celgene from Bunge, a global agribusiness and food company, where she served as CFO since July 2007. Previously, Fouse served as SVP and CFO at Alcon Laboratories from 2002 to 2007 and, prior to Alcon, Fouse worked as group treasurer of Nestlé.
