Comstock Homebuilding Companies, a real estate development firm, has appointed Joseph Squeri as chief financial officer (CFO). His predecessor, Jeffrey Dauer, will assist with transition duties through 31 August 2010.
Squeri brings more than a decade of public company leadership experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, accounting and operations. He has served in a number of financial management roles including positions as CFO of Choice Hotels International and Federal Realty Investment Trust. A certified public accountant (CPA), Squeri holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
