Brazil-based Hypermarcas, a consumer goods company, has appointed JP Morgan as depositary bank for its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme.
Candice Teruszkin, executive director and head of new business development for Latin America at JP Morgan, said: “We are delighted to be chosen as the depositary bank for Hypermarcas’s Level 1 ADR programme. We look forward to deploying our world-class investor relations advisory services in support of the company’s goal to attract additional foreign investment and further diversify their shareholder base.”
