Clear2Pay, a provider of payment solutions for financial institutions, has acquired Jware Technologies, a niche internationally operating software technology provider of ecommerce and mobile payment solutions. These solutions are all based on the same service-oriented foundations as Clear2Pay’s Open Payment Framework, with which it will be integrated.
Jan de Meester, vice president at Clear2Pay, said: “The Jware technology rounds out the mobile and ecommerce based functionality we offer today. This means that we can now offer an enhanced level of payment solutions to the card, retail and mobile payment industry.”
