PharmaNet Development Group, a provider of clinical development services, has hired George McMillan as chief financial officer (CFO).
McMillan joins PharmaNet from Ze-Gen, a Boston-based renewable energy company, where he filled the dual role of chief operating officer (COO) and CFO. Previously, he held the position of CFO, chief executive officer (CEO), and COO at diversified technology and services firms, including The Palladium Group, CMGI, BMG Direct (Bertelsmann AG), Renaissance Solutions, Eastern Exclusives and others.
McMillan has a BA in Economics from Stanford University and received his JD and MBA from Harvard University.
