easyJet has appointed Chris Kennedy as group finance director. Kennedy joins from EMI Music, where his career covered a range of international roles including chief financial officer (CFO). He brings great experience of working within a high profile international, fast changing consumer facing business, strong financial skills and a demonstrable track record of delivering operational improvement.
Kennedy’s joining date will be confirmed in due course but is expected to be summer 2010. Mark Adams, interim CFO, will continue with the company to ensure a smooth transition.
