Redknee, a provider of billing and charging software and solutions for communications service providers, has appointed its interim chief financial officer (CFO), David Charron, to a permanent position.
Charron joined Redknee in July 2007 in his role as vice president, financial planning and analysis. He was appointed interim CFO in February 2009, and his permanent appointment has the full support of the senior management team and board of directors.
Charron is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), has a Bachelor of Engineering as well as a MBA degree. Prior to joining Redknee, he held senior finance positions with Nortel Networks Corporation and The Descartes Systems Group.
