Celona, the business-centric application data migration software solution provider, announced the appointment of CMO, Matt Hooper, as it expands its executive team and accelerates operational growth in response to increasing market demand. Celona is also strengthening its international operation with the appointment of new regional customer support and client relations personnel in Australia. Hooper joins Celona’s executive team with over 15 years’ experience in the technology and communications sector. Having previously been EVP Marketing for Colibria, a leader in mobile Instant Messaging and Presence software for enterprises, Hooper was also EVP Marketing and Alliances at SDP pioneer Elata, and subsequently Director of Product Marketing at Qualcomm, following Elata’s acquisition in 2005.
