GE Capital Corporation (GECC) has gone live with Principia SFP, which provides operational efficiency, risk oversight and ongoing surveillance of selective portfolios managed by GE Capital Treasury. As well as monitoring real-time risk exposure and cashflows, Principia SFP automates the flow of portfolio data into the back office. The platform will be integrated with GE Capital Treasury’s existing treasury management systems. “This is a great example of how large global institutions can use Principia for portfolio management and administration,” said Theresa Adams, CEO and partner at Principia Partners. “Attaining transparency into investments and managing them across multiple business lines is an acute challenge in the industry today.”
