Swedbank has selected the Temenos T24 solution to support its Finnish corporate banking operations, including Internet banking capabilities. The bank has opted for the T24 Model Bank, with pre-configured products and processes, following the implementation of the solution at Swedbank’s Shanghai branch, which went live in June 2007. Swedbank is looking to expand its customer base in Finland, by offering a broader and more complex product mix, and hopes the Temenos solution will aid this process. It will be used to centralise banking operations, achieve best practice and provide a range of corporate banking services.
