Odyssey Financial Technologies has announced the acquisition of Xeye, the Canadian wealth management solutions provider. The company hopes that joining Odyssey will accelerate its entry into global markets and increase investment in research and development. This acquisition considerably enlarges Odyssey’s customer relationship management (CRM) and advisory offerings for the wealth management industry and re-enforces its presence in the North American market. Odyssey hopes to now be able to service an increasing number of wealth management organisations globally by leveraging the combined strength and expertise of the existing and acquired businesses.
