TABB Group has announced that Andrew Howieson has joined the company as a partner and member of the executive management team with the title of managing director, TABB Group Europe. The former State Street Corporation senior executive and capital markets industry veteran, with over 25 years’ experience, will lead TABB Group’s strategic expansion to London and Europe’s financial market centres. Howieson joins TABB Group from eSecLending where, as director of eSecLending (Europe) Limited from 2005 to 2007, he developed their European capabilities, managing the London office’s provision of global lending programmes to major institutional investors. Prior to eSecLending, he consulted for two years after spending 13 years at State Street Corporation, based in Boston. Educated in the UK, Howieson is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
