Alpharma, a global pharmaceutical company, has selected Bottomline’s document process automation platform to streamline the composition and delivery of transactional documents, including invoices, purchase orders and checks. Through the electronic composition, routing, delivery and storage of transactional documents, the organization hopes to operate and interact with customers and suppliers efficiently and cost-effectively. Integrating with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, Alpharma can now create and deliver these electronic documents across multiple communication channels such as fax, email, print or the Internet.
