SimCorp has acquired a controlling stake in FIX connectivity supplier, Solutionforge. The terms of the deal also give SimCorp an option to acquire the remaining shares in the future. The deal opens the way for SimCorp to embed Solutionforge’s FIX.NET Server and FIX.NET Trader technology into SimCorp’s flagship investment management product, SimCorp Dimension, with which it is compatible, as well as strengthen SimCorp’s trading knowledge base.
