Trintech has launched a new User Access Report to support ongoing Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 documentation requirements for internal controls. The new ReconNET User Access Report enables companies to proactively analyze their user access controls and facilitate their efforts to document financial processes to comply with recurring Sarbanes-Oxley audit requirements. Trintech says the report documents all operator and administrator rights and system access settings of the ReconNET system. As a result, managers can identify whether a control is effectively implemented, and whether the person performing reconciliation tasks has the appropriate permissions. Periodically generating and reviewing the report enables managers to identify areas of potential non–compliance and make control changes before an audit.
