FNX has announced the addition of a series of new interfaces for its Sierra transaction-processing platform. The focus of these additions is the integration with prime brokers, liquidity providers and execution engines. Through the updated service FNX now offers integration with Autobahn, Deutsche Bank’s real-time trade interface, which transmits confirmed foreign exchange trade details from the back office to their clients’ trading systems. FNX can also integrate data with UBS Investment Bank Front-to-Back Foreign Exchange, Fx2B, a real-time trade feed that connects UBS back office system with their electronic trading partners. The development of these interfaces with Deutsche Bank Autobahn and UBS Fx2B, enables real-time connectivity with Sierra, allowing FX transactions to be automatically fed into the system, and real-time updates to positions, blotters, and limits.
