Thomas Altenhain, head of SEB and head of the German retail and mortgage banking division, has decided to leave SEB. The Board of SEB has appointed Fredrik Boheman as new head of SEB. Fredrik Boheman will continue his current position as head of merchant banking in Germany. SEB has also appointed the current head and Chairman of the management board, Ain Hanschmidt, as the Chairman of the supervisory board of Eesti Ühispank. Mart Altvee is appointed new head and Chairman of the management board.
