The Royal Bank of Scotland Financial Markets has appointed Richard Norval as Head of Liquidity Fund Sales. Norval joins RBS from Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he was part of their liquidity funds sales business. With previous experience in the short-term investment markets gained at BGI, Norval brings with him a wealth of liquidity funds and treasury sales experience. He will report to Robert Begbie, Global Head of Short Term Investor Solutions, The Royal Bank of Scotland Financial Markets.
