City Networks has launched CityNet Inform, a dynamic monitoring and alert notification system for the senior management of financial institutions. CityNet Inform has been developed through research with existing City Networks customers and allows the financial institution to set predefined rules, aligned to their KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), which will trigger an automatic alert to be generated on screen. The alert conditions range from business targets to operational requirements such as daylight overdraft management and the status of trade affirmation. Facilities allow users to drill down into the information for further investigation. Triggered alerts can also be passed to a named individual, or group, to investigate and take corrective action. CityNet Inform can use a variety of communication options from email to SMS messaging so that it can support senior managers who are one step removed from the hour-by-hour operational layer of their business.
