Bank of America Global Treasury Services (GTS) has announced the launch of Remote Payments Online, an electronic receivables service that allows its corporate clients to offer multiple payment and input options to their customers. As a result, companies are able to integrate electronic payment transactions through their existing (or new) Web and telephone infrastructures and accept credit card and/or ACH payments within a single platform. ‘Bank of America is now able to offer a fully integrated electronic solution,’ said Aileen Gleason, GTS senior manager, receipts product management, Bank of America. ‘Our goal is to help our clients reduce their manual paper processing tasks and achieve a more streamlined, automated accounts receivable process.’
