Greenwich Treasury Advisors LLC and Treasury Alliance LLC have agreed to merge their consulting practices under the banner of Treasury Alliance. The merged venture will concentrate on global liquidity and risk management, treasury structure and banking services for multinational companies and financial institutions. Treasury Alliance will be managed by partners Daniel L. Blumen, Susan A. Hillman, and Jeffrey B. Wallace and maintain offices in Chicago and New York.
