Vastera, a provider of trade management solutions, is to partner with JPMorgan Treasury Services (TS) to deliver Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions covering physical and financial supply chain management. The move is expected to facilitate more efficient corporate trade activity on a global basis. The new combined offering will, says JPMorgan TS, provide clients with a comprehensive solution to address the increasing complexity of moving goods across international borders through the management of information to support compliance, logistics, finance and settlement. The partnership will focus on assisting clients in creating additional efficiencies throughout their supply chains while potentially reducing shipment delays and exposure to potential fines.
