Thomas Cook UK Selects TIBCO For Integrated Shared Service Centre

Travel firm Thomas Cook UK will implement TIBCO’s Enterprise Application Integration and Business Process Management solutions as part of its drive towards a Shared Service Centre. TIBCO’s solutions will eventually tie together Thomas Cook’s disparate applications and internal business computer systems for real-time information delivery. The Shared Service Centre will centralise all UK and Irish operations, a move expected to reduce costs, enhance operating efficiencies and improve customer service.
