An enhanced version of Reuters’ Kondor+ risk management system has been unveiled featuring an ‘Open Trade’ capability. According to Reuters, this will provide users with the flexibility to integrate third party and proprietary systems, including tailor-made modelling systems. As part of the enhanced Kondor+ featuring Open Trade, Reuters announced that it signed an agreement with cross-asset derivatives benchmarker, NumeriX. According to Reuters, the NumeriX libraries can be used to strengthen Kondor+ instrument coverage, offering risk market professionals broader instrument coverage from exotic fixed income, equity and credit derivatives to vanilla assets.
