A web trading module has been developed for use with Eurobase Banking Solutions’ Siena treasury management system. The module adds real-time Internet based trading functionality using the existing Siena treasury management application. The web business server uses standard Siena software to handle security, communication and web-specific data management functionality. Siena has been designed in such a way that the load balancing software used by web servers can initiate additional Siena sessions, thus ensuring Siena does not impose capacity constraints on the number of concurrent web users.
