Valicert has announced an alliance with Protect Data AS, a Norwegian IT security solutions provider. The partnership is intended to extend the range of secure solutions available to enterprises in the finance and telecoms sectors in the Nordic region. Through the new partnership, Valicert will provide Protect Data with value-added security solutions for use in the Norwegian bank and finance market. The deal will also enable Protect Data’s financial services and corporate customers across Norway, Denmark and Sweden to access key Valicert solutions, including Valicert SecureTransport, Document Authority and Validation Authority for secure file transfer, financial messaging and business process integration.
