Valicert has announced that John Vigouroux, President of Field Operations, has been named President and Chief Executive Officer and added to the Company’s board of directors. Yosi Amram will step down from day to day activities and will continue to act as an advisor to the Company through the remainder of the year. Mr. Amram will remain on the Company’s board of directors. Mr. Vigouroux has over 20 years of experience in the business software and services industry and held senior management positions at Cisco, Adobe Systems and GE Information Services, NetObjects (acquired by IBM) and Beyond.com. Most recently, he was President of AuctionWatch, a software company that provides sales management solutions for online business auction.
