Peñoles, the world’s largest silver producer, is to integrate its treasury operations using integra-T.com. The project will integrate the firm’s corporate information systems, financial information and electronic banking systems, automating the routine tasks involved. Peñoles is comprised of more than 30 active companies in five divisions: exploration, engineering and construction; mining; metals; industrial chemicals and; infrastructure; all of them financially operated by a centralised corporate treasury department. Integrity also announced an agreement with Grupo ABS to expand the distribution of integra-T.com in Spain and Portugal. Grupo ABS was created in 1994 to provide consulting services, system integration and technical assistance.
