Capco, the financial services consultancy, has appointed Mark Webster as Partner to head its Payments practice in North America. Webster, formerly a Partner in PricewaterhouseCooper’s Global Financial Services Consulting Practice, co-led PwC’s Bank Operations Consulting Practice. He will report to Bill Irving, President of Capco, and will be based in New York. Webster’s joining as Partner bolsters Capco’s development of payments systems for its clients. He has over 25 years of experience in bank operations and payment systems, electronic commerce, and treasury and risk management. Webster has sold, managed, and performed multi-million dollar client engagements resulting in annual savings in excess of US$100 million in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, retail, real estate, and state and federal government.
