Internet portal Lycos Europe will use a XRT solution to streamline its cash, treasury and FX management, the French software firm said. When the system goes fully live the XRT solution will support a single person managing treasury for all Lycos’s 16 operating business units based in 10 European countries, with two staff members handling all inter-company accounting. Lycos Europe currently operates a pan-European network of web-sites in ten languages and has the largest geographical reach in Europe of any Internet portal.
