Qualified in England & Wales and Hong Kong, Mr. Sutherland’s main areas of practice cover corporate finance and equity capital markets in Hong Kong, Asia and Europe, as well as structured finance and securitisations, trustee advisory and debt capital markets transactions. Since qualification, he has worked on over 100 public transactions and has represented underwriters and issuers in connection with the structuring, negotiating and documenting of offerings of international and Hong Kong equity and debt securities.
