The newly-formed Amega Group, based in Buffalo, NY, will offer three outsourcing modules: Credit risk assessment, obtaining trade and bank references on credit applications, retrieving independent credit reports, scoring, and making credit recommendations; Invoice-to-cash application, managing a company’s billing process, including generating invoices, processing credit cards, direct debit and electronic payments, cash application and updating ledgers; and Portfolio management, handling customer services including inquiries, resolution of disputes, and following up past due accounts.
