Selkirk Financial Technologies Inc., a leading provider of treasury management solutions, announced the addition of Mr. Douglas W. Keast, CA, as Chief Financial Officer. Keast is charged with establishing relationships in the financial community and securing funding to fuel Selkirk’s growth for an IPO filing in the next year. He is also responsible for overseeing Selkirk’s finance, human resources, administration, and legal organizations. Keast has raised several million dollars in capital in the private and public markets, has been involved in several mergers and acquisitions, and has been heavily involved in administration and operations. He also held a variety of positions, including senior management during his 12-year tenure with KPMG. Keast is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.
