Crisafulli’s experience includes the positions of head of business information for foreign exchange and market data at Citibank and chief technologist at Banker’s Trust. Colin Barker has joined the company as e-commerce business development director and will formulate and develop strategic partnerships and relationships with global financial institutions. Barker joins from Synopsys, now part of ACT Financial Systems, where he had primary responsibility for developing the company’s business-focused consulting division.
