Mr. Beaufort (52) will have worldwide responsibility for the Business Partners Organization Division and will also serve as Head of Product Marketing and Communications. As head of BPO Mr. Beaufort will transmit and deploy XRT-CERG know-how and technology through approved partner networks (VARs, integrators, and banks). Partners will be responsible for various markets throughout the world and supply solutions to companies requiring secure cash-flow management systems. Before joining XRT-CERG Jean Beaufort spent several years with CHS/Métrologie, the leading European wholesaler of computer products, with 1999 sales of more than _ 6 billion. At CHS he was Manager of the Peripherals Division (1985) and, later, manager of the Metrology Systems France division (1987). He assumed responsibility for the company’s Italian subsidiary in 1991. Between 1992 and 1998 he was Vice-President of International Metrology Marketing and, from 1998 to 1999, General Manager of European Marketing for CHS. During his tenure with CHS, Mr. Beaufort developed partnerships with software developers and publishers, and established the company’s reseller sales and marketing policy
