Mr. Last was most recently a managing director of an asset-backed ratings group at Duff and Phelps Credit Rating Agency, where he oversaw a group of 30 professionals for more than five years. Prior to joining Duff and Phelps, Mr. Last spent seven years at Standard and Poor’s in their asset-backed group, serving as a director and co-manager of their asset-backed group.
