James O. Treyz Joins Citibank Cash and Trade Team as Head of Global Sales

Treyz has 25 years of experience in the high-growth services arena as general manager and head of sales, marketing and customer service for Xerox Corporation – in both its Xerox Business Services and Document Solutions Group. His global customer experience included management responsibilities in North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle Eastern and Canadian marketplaces. During his tenure at Xerox Business Services, Treyz was part of the leadership team that won the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award in 1997 for service. In his new Citibank role, Treyz will work to refocus the sales process to create a proactive, customer-driven capability that aligns efficient, industry-specific sales processes to a broader set of dynamic customer needs, consistent with the changing nature of customer relationships.
